I’ve been a photographer for over five years now with a focus on portraits, especially couples and weddings. My passion for photography began in Toronto, starting with taking portraits for a dog rescue I volunteered with. Soon after, I moved onto weddings where I found my clients really appreciated my easy-going personality. In 2021 I moved to Halifax to find out what the east coast lifestyle was all about, and what I found was a beautiful backdrop to capture photos. I pride myself on my professionalism, and I always try to create a relaxed atmosphere at my shoots. I like to keep things laid back so you feel comfortable in front of the camera, being your truest self.

Hi there! My name is Elbonita! Let’s begin by telling you a little about myself! I am a wife, a cat mom, a huge lover of nature, food, coffee, art & yoga. I have three homes: Kosovo, Halifax & Newfoundland! I am a Vipassana Meditator (3). I am a Registered Nurse by profession and I also have a Masters of Education but photography is my true passion!

I’m all about creating fun, joyful and adventurous images so if that is what you are after, we will be a great match. I always give the space to capture REAL moments with one another and my sole goal is to focus on the unique connection you share together. That is where I find the true magic, and where the best photographs come from. At the end of the day, I want you to feel like you’re hanging out with a friend who just so happens to have a camera!
