Holiday party FAQs
How far ahead should we book a holiday party DJ?
As early as you can. November and December Fridays and Saturdays go first, and most Saturdays have limited availability. Weeknights and January dates are easier to get and often cost less in venue fees.
Can you play clean music only?
Yes. Choose clean edits in your planner and your DJ plays radio versions all night.
Do you supply a mic for speeches and awards?
Every package includes a mic for speeches. Event Premium adds a wireless handheld. Add an MC to run the whole program.
Can we put our logo on the photo booth prints?
Yes. We design a print template or 360 overlay with your logo and send it for approval before the party.
Is there a holiday surcharge?
New Year’s Eve has a $500 supplement and statutory holidays a $300 supplement. Regular December dates have no surcharge.
Do you charge for travel?
Free within 30 minutes of our Bedford office; further out, $1/km each way, calculated from your venue.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. You get one invoice with HST. Book with a 50% deposit or spread it out with a 0% payment plan.
