Technician time past the included hours is $100/hour and shows as its own line. We supply 6′ and 10′ projector screens and TVs; we don’t offer LED walls.

AV FAQs

Why can’t I book AV instantly online?

AV depends on your room and our equipment calendar, so we confirm every item before you pay. Your quote is emailed right away and your contract follows within 1 business day.

Is AV priced per hour or per day?

Gear is priced per day. Technician time is hourly: included hours come with Conference and Gala, then $100/hour.

Can you set up the day before?

Yes. Day-before setup is $200, ideal for early starts and multi-day events.

Do breakout rooms need their own setup?

Yes. Each room needs its own sound and screen. Add a second sound system and screen from the list.

Do you supply LED walls?

No. We supply 6′ and 10′ projector screens, a 16′ screen on request, and 58″ and 75″ TVs.
